About Us

Michael has worked in the local property market for over 30 years. On leaving school in 1987 his career began as a trainee negotiator within the locality in which he now specialises. His expertise and experience is unequalled for his years. Michael is very passionate about his profession and this is reflected in the service Kirby Colletti provides.

Nino's career in estate agency began in 1981. In 2004 with 23 years’ experience in the local property market Kirby Colletti came to fruition. Being a resident of Hoddesdon Town all his life, Nino's knowledge of the local area and property industry is second to none.

Sally has worked in the lettings industry since 2008 and before that had many years’ experience in customer relations. Dealing with tenants, landlords, sub-contractors, inspections and maintenance; she makes sure problems are avoided or resolved quickly, efficiently and in the most cost effective manner.

Charlotte joined us in 2012 and is passionate about working in the property industry. She has achieved 3 A-Levels, a Level 3 Business administration and customer service apprenticeship, where she won 'Apprentice of the year', Technical award in Sale of Residential Property, Residential Lettings and Property Management for the NAEA.

Milo Colletti attended Northampton University between 2010-2013 he joined a local accountants practice in Hoddesdon where he gained some valuable experience. In April 2016 he then joined a London accountancy firm specialising in the music industry. Milo joined Kirby Colletti in August 2017 and has gone on to become an invaluable member of our lettings team.

Leighann joined Kirby Colletti in 2018. Leighann takes pride in dealing with landlords, tenants, contractors and carries out quarterly property inspections. She ensures the properties are maintained to a high standard during the tenancies and deals with any problems efficiently when they arise.

After leaving Sixth form Freddie joined Kirby Colletti in 2021. He puts the customer first and wants to ensure that their experience is always first-class. Freddie has a passion for properties and an enthusiasm for all things tech. Freddie is keen to have a long career in the industry and is always happy to help. He has a keen eye for the creative, professionally train in photography and strives to learn from Michael and Nino’s experience with high aspirations to be successful within the property industry.
